Channelling my inner Mike Tyson

So Adam did me the kind favor of lending me his luscious locks to perfect my haircutting skills. Well besides getting a nifty haircut he got a nifty.........................

Battle wound!

Now let me give a little explanation...... My scissors are SHARP! Adam got more then he came in for: a nifty haircut, battle wound, and a free haircut!

P.S. I bawled for about 10 minutes when I realized what I did. I finally pulled myself together and finished the haircut. Cutting someones ear has been my biggest fear and it still is. I was consoled by many of my fellow peers who let me know you wont find one hairdresser out there that hasn't cut an ear. That made me feel a little better. At first I was mortified and thought we can't tell anyone about this because no one would trust me to cut their hair but I'm over it now and laugh at the whole thing, except when I picture that moment of slicing through his cartilage.....YUCK... Thanks Adam for being a good sport!

Eighteen Months of Bliss

Dani and I have now been married for 1.5 years!!!

Dani and I have found a new church to attend!!!

Lean mean kinda fat muscle machine update!

So it's been a while!!! But I'm back! Since school started I have been slacking really bad, BUT the good news is I have actually lost some inches! I don't know how many for sure. A couple weeks ago I unpacked a pair of my jeans I haven't been able to wear for a while. Before I couldn't even button them up. I slipped the jeans on and there was hope, but buttoning was the real test. Low and behold I was able to button them up! I was so happy. They are still tighter then I like them but we will work on that.

After being able to put those jeans on, it gave me a huge boost of energy to get back into the swing of things. I now have a gym buddy from school. Having someone there with me helps so much cause I feel like I have to prove something to the other person. We went and worked out today and it felt amazing! Anyways, all in all things are great. School has been a really good thing for me since I'm not at home sitting on my buns all day eating! I sure do love school!
