Happy Birthday!!!

Hey Everybody, I (Lance) have the most amazing wife in the world, and it is her twenty-third birthday! I have written a poem for the occasion.

Dani is a girl.
she is also a person.
I am glad that she is.
If not it would be awkward.
because you can't be married to an animal or alien.
except for maybe in Amsterdam
where i don't live.
so I'll be happy I married a person.

Sorry, I get so choked up over these kind of things. It's just that she means a lot to me. Happy birthday honey! I love you and hope that we have many more together.

That poem had me weeping uncontrollably at my desk at work, Lance. I mean, you have really captured, so beautifully, the complex sentiments associated with sharing your life with somebody.

Happy Birthday Dani!

Happy Birthday Miss Dani!! You should have told me it was going to be your birthday. I would have bought you some more hair product. Maybe next year.

Hope you had a good one. You deserve it.

Nice poem Lance.
